What happen If we eat dinner late at night?
With this
lockdown time, I eat dinner late at night, sometimes it's at 11 pm, even after
eating dinner by 8 pm, whenever I crossed my refrigerator I opened it and
grab something to eat not because I'm hungry it is just simply. I heard one of
my cousins shouting not to eat like some animal, late at night as its
unhealthy.
As we all do I simply googled and went through some interesting
facts about this late-night dinner, so I'm sharing them with you…
THEN IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC TIME TO EAT ???
NO… specific timing for breakfast, dinner, tea timing existed,
but I don’t think it exists now with this mechanical world we are living, all
our habits, schedules everything had changed
Some of us working on 9-9, some of us night shifts, and some
of us have unscheduled works… so dinner time is merely based on our work schedule….
So We cant specify the time we have our dinner.
WHY EVERYONE SAY IT IS UNHEALTHY TO EAT AT LATE NIGHT
GENERALLY…..
TRUTH is bedtime is a shutdown process for the body, as we
all need to rest the body too needs to rest in some way. So it is not wrong to
have dinner a little late its wrong to have heavy foods at late nights.
Eating late night and eating heavy foods like meat, carbohydrate-rich food, will create unwanted problems like

- Acidity
- Heartburn
- unwanted fat deposits
- blood sugar fluctuations…
- And more especially morning will get an uncomfortable stomach 😀😀😀
Many of us worried about obesity or weight gaining, And it is scientifically proved that late-night dinner and late-night food intake is one of the reasons for the above problems...
So lets little conscious about this too...

it is really important what we eat..
Nutritionists recommend just have your dinner before two
hours to bed, which is good for proper digestion of food and it will reduce, unwanted fat deposits …
IF NOT A SCHEDULE HAVE YOUR REGULARITY…
Though we can't have dinner at scheduled times, But we can practice a regular time of having dinner, despite the opinions of healthy or unhealthy debates.
ULTIMATELY IF OUR BODY NEED FOOD IT WILL ASK…😇😇
There is one thing we should accept if our body needs food, it will ask. If you don’t feel hungry you eat just because of the social factors
and you simply bored. THEN, remember you will have two-three kg extra in the future
as the body stores unwanted food as calories…
Simply when your vehicle needs petrol it will show, you don’t
fill it when there is no need for it….
Eat the proper amount and healthy food,
Why get into trouble…. Let's start practicing a healthy
food habit.....
